This felt-lined jewelry/keepsake box was built with impossible-to-find spalted white oak.  The accent wood in the double dovetails and laminations is purple heart.  The lift handle is made from purple heart.  The laminated top features wooden hard maple hinges and the box measures 9" x 5 1/2" x 3.5".  This box is pretty as a picture and one-of-a-kind.
